Advanced Laboratory

Our lab generates multi-omics data from pet tumors to support precision diagnostics and power a growing database for cancer research.

In parallel, we cultivate patient-derived tumor organoids to predict drug responses and uncover resistance mechanisms. These insights feed directly into our antibody discovery pipeline, where novel therapeutic candidates are developed and validated using relevant organoids models.

By uniting sequencing, functional testing, and therapeutic development under one roof, we are transforming how cancer is understood and treated across species.

GCP Clinical Trial Centre

We operates a state-of-the-art Clinical Trial Center in Foshan, equipped with advanced medical technologies on par with leading human hospitals.

These cutting-edge tools form the foundation for precise diagnosis, advanced treatment, and high-level research in companion animal diseases, including oncology.

All clinical staff have completed GCP (Good Clinical Practice) training and are certified, ensuring we meet rigorous standards for conducting and overseeing independent veterinary clinical research.

High Performance Computing

Our High-Performance Computing (HPC) Infrastructure was established in collaboration with a trusted third-party data center provider, which is purpose-built to support the scale and complexity of modern veterinary oncology research. Housed in the dedicated data center, our HPC cluster includes 8 high-performance nodes, equipped with 8 terabytes of RAM, 12 NVIDIA A100 GPUs, 5,600 CPU cores, and 468 terabytes of local storage.
 
Whether processing large scRNA-seq data or running AI-driven nanobody discovery pipelines, our HPC ensures the performance, scalability, and speed needed to turn raw data into real-world insights.
